I still can't do this and I only have to worry about dinner. Any hints?

Well, for this menu, I just pieced together things that the kids, the hubby and I had all picked out of the recipe books. Most of this week's menu came from just one recipe book. But there is a great section in the back of the books called Cooking For One or Two - one of my menu items came from that section - I just tripled it. The Cranberry Waldorf Salad. What kind of food do you two like?
We're pretty eclectic. I use a lot of chicken and tomato products.
